  • Affiliation with us ensures access to reliable hotel suppliers that extend preferential credit terms
  • Operating costs in Sales and Marketing, Front Office, and Purchasing are reduced through:
    • joint advertising, travel trade show participation, sales collateral conceptualization and preparation, in-house customer database management, and cross-selling among our managed properties
    • inexpensive access to Front Office Management Systems and software and international service providers
    • volume purchase of hotel supplies through our Centralized Purchasing Unit
  • To ensure consistent and effective customer service, manuals on policies and procedures, training programs, and quality assurance tests have been designed and are being implemented in all its managed hotels. Periodic monitoring ensures that costly mistakes in operations and guest services are prevented
  • Our executives are qualified to conduct in-house employee training programs. This eliminates the need to hire consultants

MARKETING AND SALES SUPPORT

The AGL Sales & Marketing team provides strategic guidance and leadership to build guest loyalty and enhance brand recognition. Conceptualization and preparation of relevant marketing materials are given to generate awareness and recognition of the brand.

LAUNDRY MANAGEMENT

AGL offers laundry operation services and is currently servicing several deluxe hotels and fine dining restaurants. This venture is headed and supervised by a Laundry and Linen expert who holds various local and international degrees and training certificates.
